The luxury shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur has revealed a selection of high-end brands ahead of its relaunch early next year.
Previously known as Starhill Gallery, the shopping centre was developed by YTL more than two decades ago and has since been home to more than 100 renowned luxury brands. Now managed by the company’s Singaporean unit – YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Ltd, the mall is hailed to relaunch in early 2021.
The ground floor of the mall will house such tenants as Davidoff Cigars, Louis Vuitton, Off-White, Roberto Coin and Shiatzy Chen. The upper floor will feature flagship boutiques for a number of luxury watch brands such as Bedat & Co., Cecil Purnell, Cortina Watch, HYT and Rolex. The Starhill Dining area will include restaurants such as Shook!, Luk Yu Tea House, and Jogoya.
Joseph Yeoh, YTL Land & Development Vice President, commented: “Tenants will showcase refreshed new concepts in order to offer both our local clientele and new shoppers a whole new experience in our Home of the Tastemakers. This new incarnation of The Starhill is a crucial undertaking that strengthens our position at the forefront of the fast-changing and fluid retail landscape.”
