Hillview Retail Park Attracts Major New Brands

Hillview Retail Park in Belfast is starting off the year 2024 on a high note, as it proudly welcomes two prominent additions to its lineup. The Crumlin Road location is now home to JD Gyms, the fitness branch of popular high-street retailer JD Sports PLC, marking its Northern Ireland debut on January 30, 2024, after a substantial £2.05 million investment in a spacious 23,000 sq ft facility.

Following suit, Screwfix, the leading supplier of Trade Tools & Hardware in the UK and Ireland, opened its doors to the public the next day, showcasing an extensive product range catering to both commercial and domestic users.

With a current occupancy rate of 90%, the retail park, owned by Hillview Centre Belfast Ltd, boasts a thriving community of tenants. Only one 8,530 sq ft unit remains available on the retail parade, alongside a prominent Drive-Thru site and another Drive-To site, perfectly suited for a café/restaurant, retail, or various other purposes, contingent upon obtaining the necessary planning consents.

JD Gyms, Screwfix, and potential future tenants are set to join the ranks of established occupants, including German supermarket Lidl, discount retailer Home Bargains, popular coffee chain Starbucks, and Habitat for Humanity.

Situated on Crumlin Road in North Belfast, Hillview Retail Park has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past five years, with a total investment exceeding £10 million, breathing new life into the once derelict site.
