The Swedish fashion brand is reorganising its branch network in Munich, which will see the largest H&M store in Germany open its doors in Munich.
The new retail space has already been rented for the major project at Kaufingerststraße 22. The location was previously leased by Esprit and the young fashion supplier New Yorker. H&M intend to move from its current address of Kaufingerstrasse 18 to the new location next year.
The store, which will span an area of 4,500sq m, will have a dedicated sales area of 3,800sq m. All new employees will be taken on for the store, which will offer all H&M lines and concepts including kidswear, womenswear and menswear.
The opening date is scheduled for the middle of 2023, and currently, there are no closures planned in light of this opening.
