Opened yesterday, the new store in Chelmsford brings together the very latest in health supplements, nutrition and beauty.
Offering over 250 new products across its specialist ranges of health foods, vitamins, supplements and clean beauty, the store will also offer new services, including the first epigenetics home-diagnostic range on the high street. Customers will be able to check their vitamin, microbiome and hormone levels through the store supported by store colleagues qualified to advise them.

Immunity products and advice have been prioritised after the retailer saw a 30 fold increase in demand for these products during lockdown. In another high street first, and with the aim to make wellness more accessible to all, the retailer is offering customers free private sessions with nutritionists and personal trainers in its newly installed consultation room.
Chief Executive Tony Buffin said of the store “Everything we do, particularly at this time in our customers’ lives, is done with the aim of making wellness accessible for all. Our goal with the Chelmsford test store is to break down the barriers of wellness shopping to help customers feel in control of their own health. This means making nutritional consultations free, offering self-diagnostic tools, and allowing customers to feel confident in buying zero waste products without breaking the bank. We are excited to see how our customers engage with our new store and are proud to be reinvesting in the high street during this difficult time. Our aim in Chelmsford is to listen even more carefully to our customers and understand what works for them so we can support them to be healthier when it is now more important than ever.”
