Homer Lobster, the award-winning lobster rolls restaurant has opened its first outlet in the UAE. The shop is in the heart of the city in DIFC.
Following its remarkable success in Paris and various global locations, Homer Lobster is bringing its lobster rol experience to the Middle East.
Homer Lobster was founded by chef Moïse Sfez, who initially encountered the sandwich while exploring New York.
Inspired, he brought the concept to his homeland, France. After extensive training at the French business school Vatel and working alongside highly-awarded chefs in Paris and London, Sfez set out to further elevate the concept that combines street food culture with the sophistication of fine dining.
