The new store is set to open in the Olympian City store in Tai Kok Tsui on September 23.
Since debuting in Hong Kong in 2012, Eslite Bookstore has enjoyed a steady success opening a second store in Tsim Sha Tsui in 2015 and a third store in Taikoo in 2016. The Eslite Children Bookstore was also launched in the Mong Kok district and has since become a favourite location for those children who love to read. August 2019 also saw the retailer launch a series of pop-up stores across D-PARK Discovery Park, V-City and K11 MUSEA which were exceptionally popular with customers.
Eslite and Hong-Kong based stationary brand and design studio Ditto Ditto have partnered on a special and exclusive paper collection to celebrate the new store opening. Intended to portray the Lion Mountains of Hong Kong and the white dolphins of Taiwan, the paper collection hopes to make people feel like they are in a sea of books.
