HOP Vietnamese Set to Expand

Vietnamese street food restaurant, HOP Vietnamese, has announced the upcoming launch of two new restaurants, the first in London’s Bond Street and the second in the heart of Manchester at the Trafford Centre.

Their latest openings will be the business’s third London launch, following on from their popular sites in Moorgate and St Pauls and the first to open in Manchester. The HOP team takes a remarkable average of 4,500 orders per week across their two sites in London and they’re fully digital when ordering.

The new openings come as the Vietnamese street food brand has seen a period of growth for the business following the pandemic with more news in the pipeline for later this year and beyond, and with them will be creating 50 new job opportunities.

HOP was one of the first QSR concepts to embrace full digitalisation of their business in 2021. Guests transact using digital kiosks within the restaurants, or they can order online via click & collect or by using a delivery aggregator. Adopting a digital ordering process allows full customisation and puts personalisation at the heart of the experience. The guest has now very much become the ‘chef’ at HOP restaurants.

HOP’s kitchen operation is also now fully digital and provides a wealth of data around average preparation and guest wait times. This allows management to make informed decisions to maximise efficiencies and drive throughput – something key to the business that is committed to making every dish fresh to order in less than three minutes.
