The Hope Group, a leading company in intimate fashion, beachwear and fitness in Brazil, plans to open six new Hope brand franchises by the end of 2023 in the Northeast, in the states of Bahia, Ceará, Alagoas and Rio Grande do Norte.
Currently, the northeast region represents 10 per cent of the brand’s revenue, considering e-commerce and physical stores. With the move, Hope will open two units in Ceará, in the cities of Fortaleza and Juazeiro do Norte, two in Bahia, in Salvador and Vitória da Conquista, in addition to the store in Lauro de Freitas, opened in the first quarter of this year, one in city of Maceió, in Alagoas, and one more in Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte.
“The Northeast region is one of the most strategic for the group’s brands, which is why we have this robust plan for opening stores, to better serve our customers,” explains Sandra Chayo, Managing Partner of the Group.
With the move, the expectation is to increase Hope’s share of revenue from the Northeast to 35 per cent. Furthermore, the total volume of the group’s brand stores in the region will increase from 20, at the beginning of 2023, to 27.
