The lifestyle operating division of Aimbridge Hospitality, Evolution Hospitality, has been selected to operate the luxury Hotel 1000 Seattle.
Lighthouse Investments and ESI Ventures, with equity financing from Kildare Partners, has acquired the property which is located in downtown Seattle. It was previously owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co. Evolution Hospitality has been selected to manage the 120-room hotel.
Plans are also in place to improve areas of the hotel, and these include adding a lobby lounge bar, updating the bathrooms and partnering with a golf simulator company for an enhanced entertainment space. Other amenities will include seven flexible event rooms, a boardroom, a greenhouse terrace, as well as a wine cellar and a 24-hour fitness centre.
Evolution Hospitality operates a collection of independent, boutique, lifestyle and soft brand hotels, as well as restaurants, bars and lounges throughout North America. The company is based in San Clemente, California.
