The development in Abu Dhabi will feature a beach cinema, glamping facilities, a zip line, a heritage trail, an overwater cycle track as well as much more.
Being developed by Modon, the new Hudayriat Leisure and Entertainment District is located to the west of Downtown Abu Dhabi and is set to open in November. Thrill seekers in the UAE will be able to enjoy a number of activities such as climbing walls, high rope courses, zip lines and skate parks. There’s also a beach cinema, a football pitch, sports courts, a children’s water park and facilities for camping including camper vans and ‘glamping’ tents.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forced took a tour of the facility earlier in October and following his visit, tweeted: “We visited Al Hudariyat Project, an important addition to Abu Dhabi’s entertainment and tourism sector. We aim to develop inclusive and unique projects, which encourage a healthier lifestyle for the whole community.”
