The COVID-19 crisis has seen many businesses change the way that they work and Hugo Boss has announced some changes to the way employees will work, even after the effects of the global pandemic have slowed down.
Employees will now only be asked to work at the office from Tuesdays to Thursdays, in an initiative known as the ‘Threedom of Work’ and will begin from October. These three core days will be dedicated to meetings and events. The ‘Threedom of Work’ will be applicable to approximately 3200 employees whose jobs do not require physical attendance at their offices. Employees will work remotely on the remaining days.
Hugo Boss is one of the first major companies in the fashion industry to announce a change in their working model; however they undoubtedly won’t be the last.
