The lifestyle hospitality group Ennismore will expand its SO/ brand to Hungary, signing a property in Budapest that is schedule to launch in 2026.
SO/ Budapest will be repositioned from the former Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge, located on the city’s Pest Bank. Following an exterior and interior refurbishment, the completed SO/ property will feature 350 rooms, including 56 suites and two presidential suites. Amenities include four food and drink venues, meeting and events spaces and a spa with a swimming pool and fitness/wellness space.

In addition to SO/ Budapest, Ennismore has a pipeline of hotels opening in Hungary over the next few years including 25hours, JO&JOE and Mama Shelter.
