Occupying a space of 200,744sq ft, the project will be located next to Ikea Batu Kawan in North Malaysia.
The new F&B concept will feature the current dine-in Ikea restaurant and a number of new F&B tenants. The first of these will be McDonald’s Malaysia, the fast-food giant will occupy a space of 35,000sq ft and this location will become Malaysia’s 16th free-standing McDonald’s outlet.

Building our first drive-thru concept in Batu Kawan in one way for us to create a safe and positive space for the community to come out and enjoy their favourite food.” said Christian Roejkjaer, Managing Director of Ikea Southeast Asia and Mexico.
The project is expected to open their doors by the middle of next year.
