The new click and collect service is the first to be directly operated by the company in Valencia.
The service is available at a space in the basement of the P-1 car park and aims to improve the accessibility, quality and price of the products that Ikea offers to Alicante and its surrounding areas. Most predominantly, the click and collect service significantly reduces shipping costs by as much as 80 per cent.
Customers can utilise the click & collect option when placing an order at the Ikea Diseña store which opened at the centre last year. The service allows them to collect their order at a time most convenient to them and cuts down on waiting time.
Javier Montejano, Manager of the centre, commented: “The incorporation of click & collect responds to the demand for expanding the services of the Ikea Diseña store requested by our clients for some time and a firm commitment to new concepts of experiential and omnichannel stores.”
