Ingka Centres will invest in MEGA Teply Stan to transform it into an inspiring, modern mixed-use meeting place.
According to an official announcement on Ingka Centre’s LinkedIn Page, the investment will increase the space for shops and restaurants from 146,000sq m to 207,000sq m and will also see the introduction of a green space above the existing parking level. The centre will also introduce a large piazza which will host a number of concerts and exhibitions in the future. More than 130 new stores are expected to join the centre.
With a focus on sustainability at its heart, MEGA Teply Stan will provide recycled rainwater systems, cycle bats and carsharing alongside a number of new pedestrian paths to the mall.

In 2002 MEGA Teply Stan became our first meeting place in Russia, and today we’re happy to be adapting it to meet the needs of a new generation of our customers almost 20 years later.
