The store is a haven of electronic and digital products, and features items from top brands such as Dyson and De’Longhi. The store exclusively launched Dyson’s Digital Slim Fluffy vacuum cleaner, which is 30 per cent lighter than usual Dyson products and is perfect for families who are busy. Looking to the future, the brand intends to leverage its supply chain advantages and bring more duty free products to its customers by doing so.
The store also features JD’s technology on cloud and Artificial Intelligence, logistics, supply chain and omnichannel, providing an unparalleled experience for shoppers. Interaction devices in store are able to recommend the best-selling items to customers according to their needs. Cloud shelves are located throughout the store and allow customers to scan a QR code and shop for products online.
Following the launch of this new store, JD Worldwide are planning to launch an online duty free store that provides the same experience online for their customers.
