The health food and juice bar brand will open a large store on North Street at the new entrance to Hanningtons Lane.
This is the first location that Joe & the Juice has opened outside of London and the brand has signed a ten-year lease for a 1,908sq ft space on the ground floor, situated close to Oliver Bonas, Hotel Chocolat, Watches of Switzerland and Habitat.
The brand boasts 50 stores in Greater London and offers a menu of healthy snacks, sandwiches and salad bowls as well as juices, vegan shakes and teas and coffees.
Kaspar Basse, who founded the brand in 2002, commented: “Brighton is such a vibrant city with a customer base already ahead of the curve in terms of a healthy lifestyle and interest in juicing vegan and vegetarian foods. North Street is one of the busiest shopping areas of the city and will provide us with the footfall we need to launch this important flagship store.”
