The international fast-food chain has announced that it will open its first Scottish restaurant in Edinburgh, followed by a second in Glasgow.
The company has announced that it will open its Edinburgh store next Thursday in Princes Street with the second store opening later in Glasgow. To cater to all communities in both cities, the restaurants will serve halal meat.
Founded in 1978, Jollibee has more than 1,500 stores across 17 countries, with locations in the US, Canada, Spain, Italy, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, UAE and the UK. The very first Jollibee opened in the UK in London in 2018, and has since added another eight locations including Cardiff, Newcastle, Liverpool, Leeds and Leicester Square in London’s West End.
