The vibrant Parisian-inspired restaurant comes from the team behind Dubai’s award-winning Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, Orange Hospitality.
This restaurant concept will be the very first that Orange Hospitality has launched that doesn’t fit in its usual cuisine of Italian. Located at ICD Brookfield Place, the Parisian concept, Josette, is a playful and flamboyant dining option that features a menu of ‘reimagined classics’ from cuisses de grenouilles to escargot, moules marinières, foie gras and crêpe Josette.
Guests at Josette will be able to enjoy an elaborate afternoon tea which is set to feature house-baked pastries and sweet and savoury bites. The dining concept will also boast a beverage menu that not only features an array of artisanal mixed drinks, but its very own French label fizz.
The restaurants space has been designed with a modern spin on classic Baroque architecture – high ceilings matches with bold fixtures and vibrant colours. In keeping with the Baroque inspiration, guests can enjoy regular entertainment, including elegant cabaret show.
