JTH Group has opened the new Kaufland store and the adjacent Retail Park in Lovosice in North-west Bohemia in the Czech Republic.
The project has been developed on an area of approximately 40,000sq m on a former agricultural field.
Construction work started in November 2023 and the retail park was opened recently. The Kaufland store offers a sales area of 2,984sq m, with an additional area leased to a pharmacy, newsagent, flower shop, refreshments and an ATM.
The adjacent retail park with a sales area of 1,806sq m completes the offer with units of Kik, Rossmann and Akvazoo. The parking areas include 249 car parking spaces.
