Marriott and Wow Resorts partnership are set to bring a luxury branded residence to Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.
JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort and JW Marriott Residences Al Marjan Island are scheduled for a grand opening in late 2026, marking the debut of US-based WOW Resorts in the UAE. The upcoming project is anticipated to feature the JW Marriott brand’s exceptional hospitality, thoughtful design and enriching experiences.
The residential development and luxury resort will offer sea views and comprise 524 residences, featuring a selection of one, two, three and four-bedroom residences and luxurious penthouses. There will also be 300 luxury guest rooms. The ultra-premium development will also feature seven distinctive dining venues, a spa, refreshing pools and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
