K11 Musea to Double Retail Footprint

Defying current market trends in Hong Kong’s retail sector, New World Development’s K11 Musea announced it will double the footprint of seven luxury brands to over 30,000sq ft.

Over the coming four years, Audemars Piguet, Balenciaga, Brunello Cucinelli, Loewe, Saint Laurent and Van Cleef & Arpels are poised to revamp and upgrade their boutiques at the mall. Prada is preparing to unveil its inaugural outpost at K11 Musea due within the year. The collective effort will effectively double the luxury footprint of these select brands within the cultural haven.

“We are excited that many leading luxury brands are expanding at K11 Musea, especially in the context of current Hong Kong retail sector,” said Richard Cheung, Executive Vice President of K11 Group. “This is largely the result of the strong performance and very high sales productivity at their current stores at K11 Musea. This reinforces our commitment to the cultural commerce model which benefits both customers and brand partners at the K11 Art and Cultural District.”

Victoria Dockside has played host to a series of pop-ups and shows in the past year. From Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Pre-Fall 2024 Show to the Dior Carousel of Christmas Dreams, Victoria Dockside has attracted luxury brands seeking to captivate audiences against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
