Kerten Hospitality Lays Out 2025 Growth Strategy

The company’s expansion includes the launch of Cloud 7 Hotel in Rome and developments in Morocco, which align with the country’s preparations for the FIFA 2030 World Cup.

Hotel operator Kerten Hospitality has revealed its strategic plan for 2025, with projections to double revenue by 2026 across its operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

“Kerten Hospitality is not just developing hotels; we are building ecosystems that seamlessly blend culture, sustainability and community. Our 2025 strategy reflects a commitment to meaningful growth, creating exceptional value for our guests, partners and investors,” Marloes Knippenberg, CEO of Kerten Hospitality said.

Each project incorporates local talent and cultural elements to create community-focused destinations.

Kerten Hospitality is expanding its portfolio through branded residences, which combine living spaces with the company’s lifestyle brands. These developments aim to serve guests and investors seeking integrated experiences.

Following its 2024 performance, the Irish hospitality group has outlined plans for expansion through a results-driven approach.

The company has appointed a Strategic Lead for Morocco, whose role centres on securing opportunities and building connections within the country. Plans include opening two House Hotels and Residences in major Moroccan cities.
