This will happen next week ahead of the resort, which will possess sea and mountain views, being completed in 2025.
With sales set to begin on 9 January, potential suitors will be able to take their first glimpse at the first-of-its-kind project that will offer luxury apartments, all with their own private beach on the eastern coast in Khorfakkan.
The beach resort is perfectly placed overlooking the Korfakkan Amphitheatre, the Khorfakkan waterfall and the Souq Sharq. The upcoming project will also be home to retail, restaurants and recreational facilities.
