The retailer has added a number of pick-up options, including buy online, pick up in store and Drive-Up orders to provide a smoother experience for customers.
More and more consumers are shopping online and Kohl’s is continuing to find opportunities to enhance their customer’s experiences by combining the convenience of digital with its huge store portfolio. Orders placed on Kohls.com or via the Kohl’s App are ready the very same day – sometimes within one hour.
Once customers have received a pick-up email confirming that their order is ready, customers can drive to the store and park at one of the designated spots where they can wait for their order to be delivered after pressing the ‘I’m Here’ button. Following this, an associate will bring their order out, verify it through their car window and place it in the customer’s back seat or trunk to ensure that customers can stay in the comfort of their own car.
The retailer has commented that tens of thousands of items will be available on the pickup service.
