Located within luxury hotel the Apurva Kempinski in Nusa Dua, Koral Restaurant is nestled inside an aquarium and was just named the world’s most picture-perfect eatery.
Offering a unique fine-dining experience for diners inside the sprawling aquarium, the restaurant offers a complete sensory experience whilst dining. The remarkable views are complimented with a menu created by chef Andrea Astone’s which goes above and beyond.
Diners can expect dishes such as foie gras, wagyu and truffles – all of which are plated to look like edible works of art. The cocktail menu consists of the Mist Negroni, a drink infused with pandan and cinnamon flavours as well as a nip of Fernet Branca.
The restaurant was recently named the world’s most picture-perfect eatery in Tripadvisor’s 2021 Traveleres’ Choice Awards. Unsurprisingly, the restaurant boasts a near-perfect five star rating on Tripadvisor with guests raving about the friendly staff, delicious gastronomical offering and the underwater ambience.
