Riyadh will be La Petite Maison’s sixth location, following London, Dubai, Miami, Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong.
The new restaurant will boast both French and Italian influences and each of the over 70 dishes have been sampled to ensure they are bursting with intricate flavours. The La Petite Maison’s trademark dish is the Escargots de Bourgogne, which is snails with butter sauce and parsley which is served in a cast-iron pan.
Executive Chef Raphael Duntoye commented: “The Saudi market wanted LPM for what it is – the signature menu and recipes, which we have been consistent about for the last 13 years. So we decided to deliver just that for now – and do it greatly.”
