These are the brands ninth and tenth locations in the US and are testament to the retailers continued dedication to their expansion.
The first of these two boutiques is located at Bar Harbour Shops, occupying a space of 2730sq ft. The boutique is intended to target luxury consumers from Latin America as well as locals from South Florida. The second boutique is located in The Mall at Short Hills and is expected to cover a space of 1792sq ft. The store will house Lafayette 148’s new branding.
Deirdre Quinn, Lafayette 148 Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer commented: “The fact of the matter is that Bal Harbour has the highest dollar per square foot of any shopping centre in the world – and Short Hills is the leading luxury destination to the great New York market. Our stores are such an important expression of our brand. As entrepreneurs, we’ve always had our eye on these key locations, and we saw an opportunity to establish our presence and put ourselves in a strong position for the future.”
The opening of these two stores brings the brands total portfolio to 24 locations globally, with plans to open more boutiques in 2021.
