The French restaurant will open in Gate Village 11 in DIFC in October.
The restaurant is the latest venture in the story of French chef Joël Robuchon who passed away in 2018, at the time of his death Robuchon held 31 Michelin Stars – the highest of any chef in the world at the time. The self-named restaurants are present in 12 cities across the world including Paris, New York, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Bordeaux and this new Dubai restaurant is the latest to launch under the Robuchon umbrella.
Guests can enjoy a peaceful and refined ambience at the restaurant with the highlight of the location being the open kitchen, where guests can witness their meals being freshly prepared in front of them. The menu has been crafted by executive chef Axel Manes, and guests can expect to indulge in a number of Robuchon’s signature dishes including crispy poached eggs with caviar, truffle pizza and fresh fish with vegetable ceviche, all cooked with the best healthy and seasonal ingredients.
