The OSUS Tower will deliver an exciting new workplace destination, where visitors will be able to access premium office space alongside world class retail and F&B.
Sitting on the King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Road, the tower will deliver up to 25 stories of Grade A office space. Parking will be provided via a 14,000 m2
basement.
Key features of the new scheme will include a ground-breaking sky garden with viewing platform and green terrace with far-reaching views of the Riyadh skyline.

The project is due for completion by September 2025.
