The American brand specialising in jeans, Levi’s, launched in December, at Shopping Anália Franco, in São Paulo, its Indigo concept of stores in Brazil, a format that is already present in key Levi’s sales points globally, such as in SoHo, in New York.
The new store
format of the Californian brand stands out for being a more fluid and
uncomplicated consumption experience, which presents products by lifestyle to
meet the consumption behaviour of new generations. With an open and panoramic
environment, it seeks to deliver the maximum brand experience, offering an
immersion in the Levi’s universe with the integration of physical and digital
elements.
According to the brand, the main pillars of Indigo stores are to amplify Levi’s
brand values, based on the authentic expression of the wearer’s lifestyle,
expand the retail experience, advance the commitment to sustainability and
evolve the retail model management of the units. To bring the values
that define Levi’s to the maximum for the new store, each point of contact
that unfolds at the point of sale is crafted to convey the authenticity,
optimism and connection linked to the brand, from its exposure to the service,
through the disposition of the products and digital communication.
The Levi’s Indigo store also caters for adjustments and customisations made by third parties, but indicated by the brand.
