Limestone Lab Eyes F&B Concept Rollout

The Dubai-based experience-driven hospitality group has announced plans to develop six more concepts in the UAE.

The tech-enabled experiential company has raised $1M through a pre-seed round of investment, following raising $6M in their initial round, which was used to develop their pilot projects. The current funding was used towards the conceptualisation of four concepts, including Social Distrikt which is the newly launched urban food and bar hall located at The Pointe at the Palm Jumeirah.

Social Distrikt features grape gardens, gastro bars, dining lounges, social spaces, entertainment corners and culinary workshop areas all under one roof. Moving forward, Limestone Lab has now announced plans to launch its Seed round in February with the intention of raising $2M, which will in turn fund six additional concepts that will launch in the market.

Hassan Ballout, CEO and Co-Founder, commented: “Since the launch of Limestone Lab, we have witnessed a growing appetite from investors who resonate with our passion and vision, and as a result we have had the ability to raise investment at an exponential rate on our sub projects. With our second round of investment in February, we can see a promising few years ahead, with a total of 14 additional, awe-inspiring social and dining venues under Limestone Lab’s umbrella.”
