The iconic chocolate company has opened two new stores; one each in Barcelona and Madrid, to coincide with the brands 175th anniversary.
Lindt & Sprüngli launched in the Spanish market in 2006 and after being exceptionally well-received, the premium chocolate company decided to undergo an expansion plan. Following the launch of these two new stores, the company will have a total of 18 own-brand stores in Spain, located in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao and Mallorca. The company intends to have launched 30 Lindt boutiques by 2025.
The company has also opened its first stand-alone store in Portugal after 15 years of previously operating through a partner in this market. Lindt has now implemented its own store model and structure in Portugal with the opening of its first own-brand Lindt store in Villa do Conde Outlet, which is one of the most important shopping centres in Portugal.
