The restructure will lead to 19 redundancies.
British fashion brand LK Bennett is internationally recognised as a luxury powerhouse offering clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. The brand will now restructure their team to introduce cluster managers who will be responsible for multiple locations. The roles affected are expected to be store managers and staff positions as they will be deployed into new roles.
LK Bennett has a 400 strong staff across its head offices and 18 standalone locations, Darren Topp – Chief Executive – has commented that these changes are being made to reflect the reduced volume of business in stores. Like many other brands, LK Bennett has seen a significant increase in its e-commerce sales.
