The renovation of the Los Fresnos Shopping Centre continues with the construction of the largest Zara store in the region already underway.
After receiving €15M from Redevco Iberian Ventures to renovate the shopping centre, plans have been revealed to reinforce the fashion offering as well as incorporating more leisure and restaurant options to guests. As part of enhancing the fashion elements of the shopping centre, the largest Zara store in the area is currently under construction.
The new store will cover 2400sq m and will be spread across the street level and secondary levels of the shopping centre, Inditex has maintained that the rest of its brands are already a part of the commercial mix available in the shopping centre.
The leisure offerings will include nine theatres operated by Ocine, international technology and digital equipment as well as laser projectors, with the planned openings expected to be in 2021.
