Louis Vuitton and Takashi Murakami Commemorate Partnership

The two companies are celebrating two decades of their iconic partnership with a stunning re-edition collection that reimagines their original collaboration.

This extensive new offering, which includes over 200 designs, blends traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, showcasing the enduring bond between the House and the Japanese artist.

The Louis Vuitton x Murakami collection brings Murakami’s playful yet profound artistic vision to life, incorporating his famous motifs – such as the kaleidoscopic Monogram Multicolore – across a wide array of Louis Vuitton creations, from bags and accessories to fashion items, footwear and perfumes.

Murakami’s signature vibrant style, blending traditional Japanese art, anime and pop culture, continues to define this unique collection. Highlights include the multicolour Monogram pattern appearing on iconic bags like the Keepall, Speedy and OnTheGo, as well as playful pieces like the Superflat Panda keyring and the smiley flower prints on perfume bottles. Each product reflects advancements in digital printing, enhancing the vividness of Murakami’s motifs.

To celebrate the launch, Louis Vuitton will host an exclusive pop-up in Singapore, running from 4 to 19 January 2025. Located in a historic shophouse at 72 Joo Chiat Place, this pop-up offers visitors a multi-sensory experience of the Louis Vuitton x Murakami universe, featuring retail spaces, a cinema showcasing remastered Murakami films and a care station for product maintenance.
