The Group has announced plans to add a further three hypermarkets in Dubai this year, at Satwa, Mankhool and Dubai South.
In addition to these planned locations, the retailer opened one of its biggest locations at Dubai Silicon Oasis. The new 184,000sq ft store spans two storeys and will serve a resident base of 90,000 plus nearby communities. The group has also recently opened a 30,000sq ft e-commerce fulfilment centre in Al Quoz.
Ashraf Ali, Executive Director at LuLu Group, commented: “This new logistics hub will definitely strengthen our regional operations with safe, convenient, and faster service in organising orders. We are also working hand in hand with our global contact centre in India for customer service support to better reach and serve our shoppers, as we expect a significant increase in the coming months.”
Further plans for the group include new openings in Sharjah, with locations in Buteena and Samnan, while in Abu Dhabi, openings are scheduled for Riyadh City, Shamkha and Al Wathba.
