Located in downtown Vancouver, Lululemon will grow their existing flagship location by an additional 2500sq ft.
The athletic apparel retailer is internationally successful and operates 460 stores as well as online offerings. Despite the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and the continuous effects it’s having on the retail sector, Lululemon is continuing to both open new stores and expand existing ones.
The brand opened their 4400sq ft flagship location on the corner of Robson and Burrand streets in Downtown Vancouver in 2014. Following a successful period here, the store is about to grow by 2500sq ft as the brand takes over a space previously occupied by UGG. Once the expansion is completed, the store will occupy more than 100 feet of frontage along the prominent location.
CBRE Vancouver retail team were responsible for the negotiation of the lease.
