The UK’s leading niche retail and leisure agent, Lunson Mitchenall, has announced a number of promotions across the London and shopping centre leasing teams. This follows on from news that the firm has relocated to a new state of the art office in Charing Cross.
In the firm’s expanding London team, Will Hodge has been promoted to a Director. Will, who joined back in 2012, works across both the London and Shopping Centre leasing teams on projects on behalf of landlords and occupiers including Canary Wharf, Southbank Place and Brent Cross. Charles Jacks has also been promoted to Director. Charles joined Lunson Mitchenall 9 years ago and has been working with shopping centre landlords providing advice on all leasing, asset management and development matters, including The Lexicon in Bracknell and Cabot Circus Bristol.
In the shopping centre leasing team there has been a further promotion with Alexandra Higham to Associate Director. Alexandra works across a number of centres around the UK and has been at the firm for 3 years.
Commenting on these promotions, Peter Courtney, Head of London and Director, Lunson Mitchenall, said: “We consider our team members to be our most important asset, and these promotions are testament to their commitment and hard work.
“Our team has such a diverse range of skills which has enabled Lunson Mitchenall to grow and succeed, and in particular it is great to see how this has enabled our specialist London and shopping centre leasing teams to flourish. We have had a busy and good year, combined with our office move, and we are looking forward to another successful year in 2020. Congratulations Will, Charlie and Alex!”
