The Dh600M project, is located near Dubai Marina and is part-yacht, part-hotel.
Seagate Shipyard has unveiled their Sea Palace Floating Resort project. The project features a luxury hotel and six floating houses. The project is around 65 per cent complete, with one of the floating villas already finished and sold for Dh20M.
Each of the luxury villas are set over two floors, and have been inspired by a glass boat. The villa boasts numerous balconies that offer stunning views and an outdoor swimming pool as well as 4 ensuite bedrooms, a kitche, living room and two additional rooms for domestic workers. The villas also feature a self-sterilising air filtration system, a recycling system and are also powered by solar energy.
Mohamed El Bhawravi, Founder of Seagate Shipyard and Project Executor, commented: “Since the very establishment of Seagate Shipyard with Alyaa Mohamed Butti Alsuwaidi, we have had the idea of doing this project in Dubai, the land of possibilities. I believe this will create a boom in tourism.”
