LVMH Hospitality Excellence has agreed with Sardegna Resorts S.r.l., owned by Qatar Investment Authority, to manage the Hotel Romazzino and Hotel Pitrizza in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia.
LVMH Hospitality Excellence belongs to the luxury group LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton. The group’s portfolio spans wines and spirits, fashion and leather goods, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewellery, as well as selective hospitality.
Hotel Romazzino will be managed by LVMH brand Belmond. The hotel will undergo a rebranding before reopening in 2024 as Romazzino, A Belmond Hotel, Costa Smeralda. It is located on the beach of Spiaggia Del Romazzino.
Hotel Pitrizza will be managed by the LVMH brand Cheval Blanc. The hotel will continue to operate under its current name until 2026, when it will be rebranded as Cheval Blanc Pitrizza, Costa Smeralda, following the completion of the renovation works.
