Mainplace Mall to Add Five New Tenants

Centennial’s Santa Ana property, MainPlace Mall in Orange County, California will soon be home to some new tenants.

The three-storey regional centre is expected to welcome five new tenants by the end of the year’s third-quarter. Visitors to the centre will soon be able to check out apparel, pop culture, gaming retailers and more, as well as three new local businesses.

The five new entrants are FYE, Express, Flowers on Wheels, Lollicup Fresh and WOW Games.

“We are excited to add FYE to the growing line of pop-culture retailers at MainPlace, which includes customer favourites like Box Lunch, Anime Monster, Hot Topic, K+Pop and Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle,” said Glenn Rosen, Senior VP of National Leasing at Centennial. “Additions like these are just the beginning of what is still to come at MainPlace, a popular community hub which is reimagining itself.”

Anchored by Macy’s and JCPenney, MainPlace is home to 150 shopping, dining, service and entertainment options including H&M, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, California Pizza Kitchen, Boudin SF, 24 Hour Fitness, Candeeland, LensCrafters, Picture Show Theater and Round One Bowling & Amusement.
