The food and beverage concept will form part of Matal Al Bujairi, the new and highly-anticipated fine-dining destination that is being developer as part of the $20bn giga-project.
The MAIZ concept has been created by Al Khozama – one of the most prominent player in the Gulf region’s hospitality sector, along with the Saudi Ministry of Culture, Saudi Heritage Commission, Saudi Culinary Commission, and Diriyah Gate Development Authority to ensure that the concept provides guests with a completely authentic Saudi experience, from cuisine to culture to heritage.

The menu itself for the concept is a standalone artistic project that displays distinctive Saudi dishes prepared with a contemporary flair, creating a new food genre which in the future will be referred to as The Saudi Food, globally.
