The company has purchased Davis Oil Co., which owns and operates 21 convenience stores across West Michigan and supplies fuels to 11 commission marketers.
During the last 36 months, Majors Management has been busy expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of eighteen companies across 14 states. This latest purchase of Davis Oil marks Majors’ first entry into the state of Michigan.
