The new Japanese restaurant will launch in Downtown Dubai.
Located on the 23rd floor of the Renaissance Downtown Dubai, guests will be able to enjoy Mami Umami overlooking the views of Downtown Dubai.
Brining a unique twist of Japanese food and the tastes of Latin America the menu is divided into nine categories to be enjoyed by guests. The dishes, created by chef Carlos Rodriguez will mix hot, cold, sweet and savoury, raw, fried and grilled.
Mami Umami will open on August 18 and will operate between 6pm to 1am.
