The Scottish drinks brand will transform a three-storey building on Fountain Street, Manchester.
This hotel follows the first UK-based Kennels hotel opened in Aberdeen, Scotland and features fridges in the showers, record players, board games, and even pet beds.
The planning documents shows that the DogHouse Hotel Manchester will have 25 en-suite bedrooms spread over two storeys. The ground floor will house a new restaurant and bar that can seat up to 150 customers. The rooftop will be transformed into a terrace and bar area.
The news was officially announced by James Watt – Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BrewDog across the brands social media platforms. He said: “Coming in 2021 from BrewDog. The DogHouse Hotel Manchester, 25 bedrooms, Shower Beer Fridges, Punk IPA on tap in every room, BrewDog Bar and Terrace Rooftop Bar. Excited about this one!”
