The virtual store allows customers to walkthrough the Delhi flagship store, which occupies an area of over 15,000sq ft.
Fashion Designer, Manish Malhotra, has utilised online navigation systems and custom configurations to provide the walkthrough digital element, whilst allowing customers to zoom in on products and note down details of the item. Customers can also access a chat support that can assist them with any queries or offer personal guidance.
The virtual store, which can be browed on desktop, laptop or mobile, provides customers with the opportunity to view a selection of collections including Manish Malhotra Jewellery, Manish Malhotra Beauty and Manish Malhotra Home.
Malhotra commented on the importance of technology, now more than ever: “The decision to launch the virtual store was long overdue but intensified due to the pandemic. While our customers have been able to shop via our e-commerce site, we wanted to offer a seamless experience to our brand, even though they can’t make it to our stores in lockdown.”
