This will be the Madrid firm’s third store to open in Valencia.
Manolo Bakes is a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of manolitos, one of the most coveted and sought-after sweets in Madrid. The bakery offers the classic Manolitos which consists of layers of puff pastry with butter, as well as more luxurious and adventurous flavours such as chocolate, cocoa, white chocolate, avocado and chicken and chicken, cheese and arugula as well as a number of others.
The new Manolo Bakes location will open on October 14 – the space has tables that can seat up to 36 guests and also offers a take-out service. As well as the brands iconic Manolitos, customers will also be able to purchase high-quality coffee, Palmitas, smoothies, juices and other sweet and savoury snacks.
The cafe will be open from Monday to Saturday, 10am – 10pm and Sunday 11am – 9pm.
