Deyaar’s Dubai seafront project Mar Casa will rise 52-floors, offering views of the ocean and skyline of Dubai.
The AED1.1bn tower will be located in Dubai Maritime City. Considering its location, the residential tower will be well connected to the old city, DIFC, Jumeirah and Downtown.
Mar Casa features smart and sustainable infrastructure with a sea wave-inspired façade. Comprising 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units as well as luxury penthouses, the tower boasts modern and luxury living for residents. The 52-floor tower will have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies offering views of both the ocean and skyline of Dubai.
