Centuria Capital Group has spent $15M on the purchase of the centre and they have bought the property from a local owner in Western Australia.
Anchored by a Coles Supermarket and Liquorland, the single-level shopping centre also features such tenants as Brumby’s Bakery, Bob’s Shoe Store and Glitterati Jewellery.
“This acquisition exemplifies how we are executing our corporate strategy to secure value-add opportunities to match specific profiles within our broad unlisted investor network,” said Jason Huljich, Centuria Joint CEO.
Constructed in 2001 by Coles Property Developments, the Margaret River Shopping Centre is situated in the centre of Margaret River town centre and 270km south of Perth’s CBD.
